French Connection will issue a refund for full price merchandise returned to us unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of the ship date.
Sale Merchandise is eligible for free return shipping
Altered merchandise, underwear, swimwear, fragrance and gift cards are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. Please ensure that you include the corresponding dispatch note when returning merchandise. French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on merchandise deemed not to be resalable. There are no refunds for FINAL SALE merchandise. French Connection offers a one-time exchange on FINAL SALE merchandise within 30 days of the ship date for merchandise of equal or greater value. No return label will be provided for FINAL SALE purchases. No account credit will be issued for FINAL SALE merchandise.
French Connection does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased outside of the US.
Merchandise purchased on French Connection US website may only be returned to French Connection US website, it may not be returned or exchanged in French Connection stores.
US Online Returns Procedure
Complete the return form that was enclosed with your shipment. Ship the return form with the merchandise you are returning or exchanging to the following address:

When paying for return postage, we suggest you insure the package via UPS or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please make a copy of your original receipt and retain your tracking number for reference. French Connection is not responsible for merchandise that fails to reach our warehouse. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
If you would like to use the return UPS return label provided, affix the label to the package and either drop off at the nearest UPS drop-off (http://www.ups.com/dropoff) or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business.
French Connection does not refund postage fees for packages that have left our warehouse and/or for packages that have failed to be delivered to the address listed on the account.
US Online Returns Processing Time
Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Retail Stores Return Policy
Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt. French Connection will not accept returns or exchanges 30 days after the original purchase date.
Merchandise purchased in French Connection US retail stores may only be returned to French Connection US retail stores. French Connection US retail stores do not accept frenchconnection.com returns/exchanges.
French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on merchandise deemed not to be resalable.
Retail stores cannot accept returns or exchanges for online purchases. Merchandise returns/exchanges for online purchases must be shipped directly to the French Connection Group Inc website’s address as noted on a customer's packing slip.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refunds, in excess of $250, will be issued for the full purchase amount in the form of a mail check issued from the corporate office within 14 business days.
Credit notes and gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Credit notes are only valid for one year and can be used as a form of tender in any French Connection US store.
