US ONLINE RETURN POLICY only accepts returns of items purchased directly through Merchandise purchased abroad, at a Department Store, or any other retailer other than is not accepted.

French Connection will issue a refund for full price merchandise returned to French Connection Warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.   Item(s) unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt will be eligible for a refund.

Select Sale Merchandise is eligible for a full refund, unless noted as  ACCOUNT CREDIT in the product description and on your receipt packaged with your order. All items marked  ACCOUNT CREDIT will be applied back to your French Connection online account. Customers can use account credits towards any future online purchase at any time by calling our customer service line directly to help process your order.  Account credits do not expire. Select Sale Merchandise can also be noted as FINAL SALE and is not eligible for a return or an account credit.

Altered merchandise, underwear, swimwear and fragrance are considered  FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or an account credit. French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund or account credit on merchandise deemed not to be resalable.

Requests for an exchange once a promotion has ended will not be eligible for price adjustments at the same promotional value. – does not include size adjustments.

Merchandise purchased on French Connection US website may only be returned to French Connection US website, it may not be returned or exchanged in French Connection stores.

Please note a one-time $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund of full price items accompanied by a pre-paid return labels.

US Online Returns Procedure

Pre-paid return labels will be provided with all orders containing any full price item over $100. French Connection does not offer free returns on sale merchandise or full price merchandise under $100.

Once all return forms are completed ship the return form with the merchandise you are returning or exchanging to the following address:

When paying for return postage, we suggest you insure the package via UPS or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please make a copy of your original receipt and retain your tracking number for reference. French Connection is not responsible for merchandise that fails to reach our warehouse. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

If you would like to use the return UPS return label provided, affix the label to the package and either drop off at the nearest UPS drop-off ( or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business.

French Connection does not refund postage fees for packages that have left our warehouse and/or for packages that have failed to be delivered to the address listed on the account.

US Online Returns Processing Time

Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Retail Stores Return Policy

Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt. French Connection will not accept returns or exchanges 30 days after the original purchase date.

All Sale Merchandise is eligible for a one-time EXCHANGE of equal or greater value and then becomes FINAL SALE. French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on merchandise deemed not to be resalable.

Merchandise purchased in French Connection US retail stores may only be returned to French Connection US retail stores.

Retail stores cannot accept returns or exchanges for online purchases. Merchandise returns/exchanges for online purchases must be shipped directly to the French Connection Group Inc website’s address as noted on a customer's packing slip.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refunds, in excess of $250, will be issued for the full purchase amount in the form of a mail check issued from the corporate office within 14 business days.

Credit notes and gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Credit notes are only valid for one year and can be used as a form of tender in any French Connection US store.
