US ONLINE RETURN POLICY only accepts returns of items purchased directly through website. Merchandise purchased abroad, at a French Connection stores or at a Department Store will not be accepted.

French Connection will issue a refund for merchandise returned to French Connection within 30 days of the delivery date. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tickets attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice to be eligible for a refund.

  • Free Shipping + Free Returns on orders over $125.
  • Orders under $125 will have an $8 return fee deducted from the total refund amount.

Items marked FINAL SALE in the product description, in cart AND/OR on your receipt of your purchase are not eligible for a return or refund.

Altered merchandise, underwear, swimwear and fragrance are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund. French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.

EXCHANGES We do not accept exchanges on any items. A new order must be placed.


Pre-paid return labels will be provided with all orders. French Connection offers free returns for all orders over $125. For orders under $125, the cost of the return will be deducted from the total refund.

Complete the return form and include it in the shipment with the returned merchandise. The shipment must be sent to the following address:

Only one return label will be provided per purchase. All additional return postage must be provided by the buyer. It is suggested that you insure your return package and save tracking numbers for your personal reference. French Connection is not responsible for merchandise that fails to reach our facilities. Only merchandise received in the proper condition with the provided forms can be eligible for a refund.

If you opt to use the return label provided by French Connection, please affix the label to the exterior of the package and deliver it to the appropriate courier drop-off or ship center.

French Connection will not refund any postage fees for packages that have left French Connection facilities and/or packages that have failed to be delivered to the address listed on the account.


Once the package is received at French Connection facilities, please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note, all credit card refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
