Make a return

US returns are $8.95, which will be deducted from your refund. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase, to return your item to us for a refund.

**Note: FINAL SALE products are not eligible for return or exchange.** 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers residing outside of the United States are responsible for all costs associated with any returns. Please return your item along with your dispatch note to:

Returning your items to us is quick and easy. Simply click on the link below to start your return.

1. Repack your unwanted products using its original packaging or other non see-through packaging

2. Enter your order number (e.g. US47224) and email address

3. Select the items you wish to return and specify your reason

4. Select your preferred return method

5. You can download your unique QR code or print label to be presented at your chosen carrier. A copy of this will be also sent to your email address

6. Seal your package and send via your chosen carrier on the returns portal

7. Once we receive your return at the warehouse, you’ll be notified by email

The following items may not be returned for refund, unless faulty: items with a security or hygiene seal or label, if the seal or label is broken, or has been tampered with.

We are not currently able to offer exchanges on any of our products. If you would like a different item, size or colour, please return your purchase to us for a refund, and place a new order.

All items must be returned unused and in a fully resalable condition, with swing tags attached if possible. Please take care not to damage, scratch or mark any items, particularly delicate and leather items, when examining them.
