US Delivery

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays or after 12pm ET will be processed the following business day. Overnight and 2-day orders placed before 12PM ET will ship same day & arrive on the following 1-2 business days. Orders placed after Friday 12PM ET will not be processed until the following Monday. We cannot guarantee expedited orders will be delivered on the weekend. 

Adverse weather conditions may cause a delay in delivery. French Connection is not responsible for the impacts this may make on the delivery of your order.

Ground orders will be delivered within 7 Business Days from the date the order was processed (excluding weekends and holidays).

• All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing.
• For backordered items, the total shipping and handling charges will be distributed evenly and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
• Standard delivery will be used for all backordered items.
• Please ensure that you include the complete shipping address in your order, including apartment number, floor and/or suite etc.

PLEASE NOTE:

A signature will be required on delivery if your order is over $300. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbor), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

For your safety and security, we do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
