All items being exchanged/refunded MUST have their original tags attached and MUST be accompanied by an original receipt. Please also note French Connection body/scents, underwear and swimwear will be non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of shipping from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
