Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned but may be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value within 30 days of the ship date. We do not refund the postage costs for exchanges of FINAL SALE merchandise. No return label will be provided for FINAL SALE purchases.
We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn/unwashed full price merchandise returned in its original condition within 30 days of the ship date.
Merchandise being returned must have all tickets attached and be accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will only receive an exchange if they are returned within 30 days of the ship date. Altered merchandise, underwear, swimwear, and fragrance are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that you include the associated dispatch note when returning merchandise. French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on merchandise deemed not to be resalable.
All online purchases must be returned or exchanged to the website at the below noted address. Unfortunately our full price stores cannot accept returns or exchanges from online purchases. French Connection website does not accept returns and exchanges for purchases made in French Connection retail stores. Purchases made in French Connection retail stores may only be returned to French Connection retail stores.

When paying for return postage, we suggest you insure the package via UPS or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please make a copy of your original receipt and retain your tracking number for reference. French Connection is not responsible for merchandise that fails to reach our warehouse. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
If you would like to use the return UPS return label provided, affix the label to the package and either drop off at the nearest UPS drop-off (http://www.ups.com/dropoff) or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business. We'll deduct a flat fee of $7.00 from your order refund for return postage (exchanges are free for full price purchases).
Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

We will issue a full refund for unworn/unwashed merchandise returned in its original condition within 14 days of the original purchase. Merchandise being returned must have all tickets attached and be accompanied by the original receipt. Sale merchandise, altered merchandise, underwear, swimwear, fragrance and gift certificates are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refunds, in excess of $150, will be issued for the full purchase amount in the form of a mail check issued from our corporate office within 14 business days.
For items accompanied by a gift receipt, we will issue an exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be unworn/unwashed in its original condition with all tickets attached and returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
Store Credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Merchandise purchased in French Connection retail stores may only be returned to French Connection retail stores. French Connection retail stores do not accept FrenchConnection.com returns/exchanges.
