French Connection Full Price Store Return Policy
We will issue a full refund, exchange or store credit for unworn merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the original purchase provided the items have tickets attached and are accompanied by the original receipt. Underwear, swimwear, sale merchandise, and altered merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Cash refunds in excess of $150 must be settled by issuing a home office refund check that will be processed within 14 business days.
For items accompanied by a gift receipt we will issue a merchandise exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase and have tickets attached.
Merchandise purchased in full price stores may only be returned to a full price location.
French Connection Outlet Exchange Policy
We will issue an exchange or store credit only for unworn merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the original purchase provided the items have tickets attached and are accompanied by
the original receipt. Underwear, swimwear, and items marked as final sale on the receipt are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Items purchased in an outlet store may only be returned to an outlet store.
French Connection Online Return Policy
We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn merchandise that is returned within 45 days of the original purchase. Items must have tickets attached and be accompanied by the original receipt. Items returned with a gift receipt will only receive an exchange. French Connection body/scents, underwear and swimwear are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items returned with a gift receipt may only be exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange merchandise purchased in a full price store or outlet. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please make a copy of your original receipt and retain proof of shipping from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
