It is French Connection Group Inc’s intention to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policies for full price stores and online purchases.

French Connection Group Inc’s Online Return Policy

Items marked FINAL SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the ship date. Items must have tickets attached and be accompanied by the original receipt. Items returned with a gift receipt will only receive an exchange. French Connection body/scents, underwear, swimwear, and altered merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

All online purchases must be returned or exchanged to the website at the below noted address. Unfortunately our full price stores cannot accept returns or exchanges from online purchases.

Complete the return form that was enclosed with your shipment. Ship the return form with the items you are returning or exchanging to:

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via UPS or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please make a copy of your original receipt and retain proof of shipping from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

If you would like to use the return UPS return label provided, affix the label to the package and either drop off at the nearest UPS drop-off (http://www.ups.com/dropoff) or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business. We'll deduct a flat fee of $7.00 from your order refund for return postage (exchanges are free).

Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

All online returns/ exchanges must be returned to the website at the above noted address.

French Connection Group Inc's Full Price Store Return Policy

We will issue a full refund, exchange or store credit for unworn merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the original purchase provided the items have tickets attached and are accompanied by the original receipt. Underwear, swimwear, sale merchandise, and altered merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Cash refunds in excess of $150 must be settled by issuing a home office refund check that will be processed within 14 business days.

For items accompanied by a gift receipt we will issue a merchandise exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase and have tickets attached.

Merchandise purchased in full price stores may only be returned to a full price location.

Stores cannot accept online order returns/exchanges. Merchandise returns/exchanges for online purchases must be shipped directly to the French Connection Group Inc website address noted above.
