You may access the Site solely for your own personal use. You must not use any content of the Site for any commercial or illegal purpose.

By submitting any material to us ('Material') you acknowledge that we may copy, modify, distribute or create a derivative work from the Material in any manner that we shall determine. You will indemnify us if any third party takes action against us in relation to the Material.

We reserve the right to charge you to access certain information on the Site. We will inform you where a charge will be incurred by you for accessing certain services or information.

You must not cause any nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to us, our customers or our users of the Site.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York and the Federal or State Courts located in the county, city and state of New York shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms. We reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the Site and by continuing to use it, you will be deemed to accept any such variations.

All content on this Site is copyrighted © by French Connection Group Inc. or, where applicable, independent content providers and third parties. All rights are reserved. Reproduction and/or transmission of any content, by any means, without the express permission of the owner is prohibited by law.

French Connection, fcuk and any other French Connection name and/or mark on the Site are trademarks of French Connection Limited and licensed to us for use on the Site.

10. Returns and Exchanges

usa.frenchconnection.com only accepts returns of items purchased directly through usa.frenchconnection.com website. Merchandise purchased abroad, at a French Connection stores or at a Department Store will not be accepted.

French Connection will issue a refund for merchandise returned to French Connection within 30 days of the delivery date. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tickets attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice to be eligible for a refund.

Free Shipping + Free Returns on orders over $125. Orders under $125 will have an $8 return fee deducted from the total refund amount.

Items marked FINAL SALE in the product description, in cart AND/OR on your receipt of your purchase are not eligible for a return or refund.

Altered merchandise, underwear, swimwear and fragrance are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund. French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.

EXCHANGES: We do not accept exchanges on any items. A new order must be placed.

US Online Returns Prodedure

Pre-paid return labels will be provided with all orders. French Connection offers free returns for all orders over $125. For orders under $125, the cost of the return will be deducted from the total refund.

Complete the return form and include it in the shipment with the returned merchandise. The shipment must be sent to the following address:

Only one return label will be provided per purchase. All additional return postage must be provided by the buyer. It is suggested that you insure your return package and save tracking numbers for your personal reference. French Connection is not responsible for merchandise that fails to reach our facilities. Only merchandise received in the proper condition with the provided forms can be eligible for a refund.

If you opt to use the return label provided by French Connection, please affix the label to the exterior of the package and deliver it to the appropriate courier drop-off or ship center.

French Connection will not refund any postage fees for packages that have left French Connection facilities and/or packages that have failed to be delivered to the address listed on the account.

US Online Returns Processing Time

Once the package is received at French Connection facilities, please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note, all credit card refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement

Retail Stores Return Policy

Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt. French Connection will not accept returns or exchanges 14 days after the original purchase date.

Full price merchandise may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.

Merchandise sold at a discount (on sale or promotion) is eligible for a onetime exchange for merchandise of equal or greater value. Altered merchandise, underwear, swimwear, fragrance and gift cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt is valid for a credit note or exchange for merchandise of equal or greater value.

Credit notes and gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Merchandise purchased in French Connection US retail stores may only be returned to French Connection US retail stores. French Connection US retail stores do not accept frenchconnection.com returns/exchanges.

French Connection does not offer price adjustments.

French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on merchandise deemed not to be resalable.

Retail stores cannot accept returns or exchanges for online purchases. Merchandise returns/exchanges for online purchases must be shipped directly to the French Connection Group Inc website’s address as noted on a customer's packing slip.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refunds, in excess of $150, will be issued for the full purchase amount in the form of a mail check issued from the corporate office within 14 business days.

Cash refunds up to $150.00 can be issued at store level. Any cash refunds of $150 or more will require a Home Office Refund Check (mail check). The check will be processed and sent to the customer within 14 days. The full transaction amount of $150 or more will be issued as a mail check. Stores must not give any cash back if the return transaction is more than $150.

Credit notes are only valid for one year and can be used as a form of tender in any French Connection US store.

11. Pricing and Promotions

Our Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

12. Price Adjustments

We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within two days from the date on your invoice. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustment.

Promo code adjustment: We offer a one-time promo code adjustment within 48 hours if you forget to enter your promo code. Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and please have your billing information, order number and promo code on hand.

13. Pre-order Items

We will strive to deliver any items, which have been pre-ordered as soon as they become available. On placing an order for a pre-order item, we will email you with an anticipated delivery date; however this may be subject to change due to circumstances out of our control. We will keep you updated on any changes to the delivery date and you can request a refund at any time up until the point of dispatch at which our standard returns policy will apply.

If you have ordered several pre-order items at one time, we may deliver such items on different days at no additional cost to you.

15. Instagram Release Terms

Please read the following carefully. By responding to the message from our French Connection Instagram account with "#FCYES" you confirm your acceptance of the terms herein.

The terms below form a binding contract between French Connection Limited ("us", "we", "our") and you which governs our (and/or any persons authorised by us) use of images, photos, graphics, data, text, usernames, audio and video clips, musical works or other material that you have submitted, posted or displayed on or via Instagram (collectively, "Content").

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, you grant French Connection Limited a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use Content which is tagged with, marked by or otherwise bears any of our family of trading names, brand names, service marks and trade marks together with any trade dress, logos, symbols, names or words commonly used or associated with us ("Tagged Content").

You accept that we are under no obligation to use Tagged Content.

You understand that we may alter, adapt, copy, reproduce, translate, broadcast, exhibit, transmit, communicate to the public, deal with or otherwise exploit Tagged Content, or any portion thereof, in any format or medium now known or hereafter invented, whether or not such uses contain audio and/or the visual reproduction of you, and whether or not you are identifiable or unidentifiable.

You agree to irrevocably and unconditionally waive in perpetuity the benefits of any provision of law known as moral rights of authors or any similar law in any country in respect of Tagged Content.

You confirm that the Tagged Content is original to you, and its use by us (and/or persons authorized by us) in accordance with these Release Terms does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights or breach any statute or regulation. You further confirm that the Tagged Content is not obscene, libellous, defamatory or constitute a contempt of court or breach of any duty of confidence.

You confirm that you are entitled to grant the rights referred to in these Release Terms, the exercise of which will not entitle any person to claim any payment from us (and/or any persons authorised by us) and no further clearances are needed for the use of Tagged Content by us (and/or any persons authorised by us) in accordance with these Release Terms. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed by reason of our (and/or any persons authorised by us) use of Tagged Content pursuant to these Release Terms.

You release us (and all employees, agents, and/or third parties associated with us) from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by you, or any third party in connection with our (and/or any persons authorised by us) use of Tagged Content pursuant to these Release Terms.

You confirm and agree that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into and perform these Release Terms in your jurisdiction.

In the event that any provision of these Release Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Release Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with US law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US Courts.
