Please note that we cannot ship to post office boxes, AE, AA or AP addresses. If placing an order using an AE, AA, or AP shipping address, please contact 1-866-932-3285 to place a phone order.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays or after 12 noon Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day.

Adverse weather conditions may delay delivery.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Overnight packages will be received the following business day.

French Connection is not liable for misdirected delivery attempts. If delivery instructions (e.g. leave package in shed, garage, with neighbor, etc.) are made by the customer with the delivery company, French Connection does not accept responsibility if the package fails to reach the customer. French Connection does not assume liability for any lost or damaged orders placed through 3rd party vendors or freight forwarding companies.

UPS Ground orders will be delivered within 7 Business Days from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing.
  • For backordered items, the total shipping and handling charges will be distributed evenly and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
  • Standard delivery will be used for all backordered items.
  • Please make sure you have entered your complete shipping address, including apartment number, floor and/or suite etc.
  • If an order has shipped with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address there will be a $12 service charge to reroute a shipment through UPS.
  • By signing up for UPS MY CHOICE , UPS will alert you by email, voice or text message one day before your delivery is scheduled to arrive. Log into to re-route your package to a UPS facility for pick up, or for delivery at a later date.
