From time to time we run Free Shipping promotions, sign up for our Style Updates to hear about them!

Please note that we cannot ship to post office boxes, AE, AA or AP addresses. If a customer would like to place an order using an AE, AA, or AP billing address, please contact 1-866-932-3285 to place a phone order.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays or after 12 noon Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day.

Adverse weather conditions may delay delivery.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Overnight packages will be received the following business day.

UPS Ground takes within 7 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing.
• For backordered items, the total shipping and handling charges will be distributed evenly and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
• Standard delivery will be used for all backordered items.
• Please make sure you have entered your complete shipping address, including apartment number, floor and/or suite etc.
• If an order has shipped with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address there will be an $11 service charge to reroute a shipment through UPS.
